Author, Artist, Cartoonist, whatever...
T.Wood has been drawing cartoons since childhood. A "TV" kid that started drawing in the mid-to-late 1960's around central Connecticut, in the U.S. His brand of humor, sarcasm, and satire has been virtually unknown until now, and even still--might remain that way. You see, the Internet allows anyone with half a wit and a few bucks to publish just about anything. So that's how we got here—day after day—trying to be funny...ughhh.
Okay, let's see- late 60's, space-race TV kid, likes to draw... oh yeah, so fast forward to 2005. Now this talented kid with the Flair pen is way older and wired to the teeth with a computer and a "stylus"...not quite a Flair pen and a drawing tablet, but just as much fun. After ignoring his "gift" for many years and even going to art school and painting and designing all kinds of things like furniture, and signs, and websites, and well- you get the picture, (pardon the pun)...the cartoons and jokes are just flying out!
Anyway, Wood tends to find humor in most places, having the ability to "amuse himself with very little", and now he's bringing it to the world as a comic panel, "Everyday Cartoon" a.k.a. "Nothing is Funny". Nobody knows why it has two names, but it doesn't really matter- does it? Nah. You're probably one of three or four people that will read this, and one of you was looking for Dilbert, or Peanuts' anyway and Google went bananas. By the way- the portrait of the guy in the lower right of this page Al Terego, you may see him from time to time, butting into the panels...what a ham!...
